Duties
• Coordinate and supervise employee teams and subcontractors
• Review all aspects of available contracts as well as orders, estimates, pre-fab information and operations, for any deficiencies that would delay or prevent the signing of documentation
• Manage and coordinate the purchasing, tracking, fabricating, handling, and shipment of raw and finished goods amongst various offices and job sites
• Establish and continually update job schedules, site requirements, as well as regularly consulting general contractor and supervisors
• Visit client sites to take dimensions and determine project needs
• Track key measures, Engineering Change Requests, Engineering Change Notices, customer Purchase Orders
• Communicate with other management and vendors to troubleshoot any discrepancies such as deadline delays, architectural design changes, scheduling conflicts and the logistics of mishandled or lost materials
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of current and upcoming projects
• Monitor project timelines, sample submissions, customer buyoff
• Develop and improve processes and procedures to increase employee efficiency, team cohesion and finished product quality

Fabricator
Qualifications
• Minimum high school diploma required
• Proficient in reading a tape measure
• Effectively and safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other various types of machinery such as saw, drill press, and router.
• Must be able to do repetitive motions (drilling, cleaning, and application of fasteners)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
• Must be able to commit to required working hours including potential overtime
• General interpersonal skills.
• Good team working skills
• Previous fabrication experience preferred
Duties
• Perform standard shop maintenance and daily expectations as directed by the supervisor.
• Assist in the loading, unloading, and shipment of materials and finished goods to and from vendors and job sites
• Ensure that fabrication is accurate to the outlined specifications and maintain quality standards
• Assemble and fit metal components as directed by supervisor or by reading detailed drawings.
• Become familair with all aspects of the fabrication process
• Dependable attendence is a must
